# Register a Liker ID with Keplr

Users can register a Liker ID using [Keplr](/general-guides/wallet/keplr.md), allowing them to manage their [LikeCoin](https://like.co/) in a more decentralized manner and retain control of their private key.

Please note that once a Liker ID is confirmed, users cannot interchange between the two login methods ( Keplr or [through Email/Social, also known as Authcore](/depub/register.md) ) for the same Liker ID.

Users can manage LikeCoin using [Cosmostation](/general-guides/wallet/cosmostation.md) or [Leap](/general-guides/wallet/leap.md), but currently, they cannot register a Liker ID with either of them.

## **How to register a Liker ID with Keplr**

### **Step 1: Install Keplr extension**

Install the Keplr wallet before registering your Liker ID. If you have already completed the installation, please skip this step.

### Step 2: Login to Keplr

Go to the upper right corner of the [Liker Land website](https://liker.land/en) and click "Login".

A pop-up window appears, click Keplr to login to Liker Land.

In the Keplr pop-up window, click "Approve". If another Keplr window appears, always click "Approve".

### Step 3: Start Registration

After logging in to [Liker Land](https://liker.land/), click "[Settings](https://liker.land/en/settings/)", then click "Liker ID".

In Sign in/up, Sign into "Keplr" again.

Fill in your desired Liker ID, then click "Confirm".

Enter your display name and bio, and click "Confirm".

The Liker ID is created, and you will be redirected to the login page.

Please note that once the Liker ID and login method have been created, they cannot be changed. If you want to have another Liker ID, please create a new account. Also, **please note that each email address or wallet address can only register one Liker ID**.

**You cannot use the same email address to register a Liker ID with both Keplr and Authcore.**

### Step 4: Check the Wallet

In the Liker Land [settings](https://like.co/in/settings), your LikeCoin wallet address will be the same as the Keplr address, indicating that you have successfully registered your Liker ID with Keplr.
