The current hassle to publish articles as NFTs: Creators needed to find ways to save the contents and metadata on decentralized storage such as IPFS or blockchain, before selling them on the NFT marketplaces. Furthermore, they had to purchase several kinds of cryptocurrencies during the process. We have good news for [WordPress](https://wordpress.org/) users: After finishing your articles, you only need one click to publish NFT credentials to blockchain. the whole process just takes one minute to complete within the WordPress editor!

The brand new LikeCoin [Web3Press plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/likecoin/) is tailor made for Gutenberg editor, which links up the WordPress website with Web3 by just one click and decentralized publishing can be actualized to the fullest. Its functions include:

* Set the post title and tags as the NFT metadata automatically
* One-click publishing to LikeCoin plus storage at [IPFS](https://ipfs.tech/) and [Arweave](https://www.arweave.org/) and register [ISCN](/depub/what-is-iscn.md).
* On-chain and decentralized storage fees can be paid by LikeCoin in one go

## How to install Web3Press <a href="#likecoin" id="likecoin"></a>

Follow the steps below:

### Step 1: Login to the WordPress admin dashboard

Go to the WordPress admin dashboard and log in. For example, if your website is [www.abc.com](http://www.abc.com), the admin panel address is usually [www.abc.com/wp-admin](http://www.abc.com/wp-admin).

### Step 2: Begin the Installation

Click on the Menu on the left-hand side, navigate to "Plugins," and click on "Add New" at the top.

### Step 3: Activate Web3Press

Search for "Web3Press" or "LikeCoin" in the search bar. Locate the Web3Press plugin and click on "Install Now". Wait for the system to complete the installation, and then click on "Activate".

### Step 4: Installation Completed

Once the installation is finished, you will find a "Web3Press" option in the menu. Congratulations, the installation is complete!

## Publishing Writing NFT with Keplr

Please install the [Keplr browser extension](/general-guides/wallet/keplr.md) and log in before publishing Writing NFT. A small amount of LikeCoin is required. New users can use the [faucet](/general-guides/faucet.md) to get a small amount of LikeCoin for testing or learn how to [buy LikeCoin](/general-guides/trade/buy-likecoin.md).

Please note that Liker ID is not mandatory for publishing Writing NFT with Web3Press.

### Step 1: Start publishing Writing NFT

After publishing the article, click "Publish" under Web3Press.

The Convert Content to Writing NFT and Keplr windows will appear. On the Keplr pop-up window, click "Approve".

### Step 2: Preview Writing NFT

Preview your Writing NFT. If you want to add, change, or create an AI cover for the Writing NFT, click ":pencil2:". If you don't need to make any changes or if the article has no picture, the default OG picture of the article will be displayed or no picture will be displayed. You can also click ":pencil2:" to change the title and description of your Writing NFT. To learn more, please go to [Mint Writing NFT](/depub/nft-portal.md). Then click "Next" to continue.

You can also enter a Creator message. Click "Add message to your collectors" and enter a message. Click "Next" to continue. In addition, if you want to reserve some Writing NFT for yourself or change the initial price, click "More settings".

Enter a number between 0-255 in "Numbers of NFTs reserved for giveaways":

Select 8, 128, 1024 or 4069 LIKE as Initial Price;

Click "Next" to continue.

Click "Approve" on all the Keplr pop-up windows during the minting process.

### Step 3: Complete minting

The minting process is complete! A message saying "Complete!" will appear, indicating that the Writing NFT has been successfully minted. Click "View Your NFT" or click "View NFT" on the post editor to view your Writing NFT.

## Configuring Liker ID

Before configuring the LikeCoin plugin, please [register a Liker ID](/general-guides/dapp/liker-id.md).

On the menu, select the Web3Press plugin and choose "Liker ID". Fill in the Liker ID and click "Confirm".

* Website Liker ID - If the website has more than one author, the Liker ID will be displayed as the default for the author's articles if they have not set up their own Liker ID.
* Your Liker ID - Set up your own Liker ID. After successfully adding a new user on the WordPress website, the new user can log in with their WordPress account, set their Liker ID, and display their own NFT Widget / LikeCoin button.

## Other Significant Features

### Publish to Internet Archive

Fill in the Internet Archive S3 API Key and synchronize the article to the Internet Archive when it is published.

The Internet Archive is an American digital library with the stated mission of "universal access to all knowledge". It provides free public access to collections of digitized materials, including websites, software applications/games, music, movies/videos, moving images, and millions of books. In addition to its archiving function, the Archive is an activist organization, advocating for a free and open Internet.

### Publish to Matters

From now on, you can sync your WordPress article to [Matters](/general-guides/dapp/creator/matters.md). Simply log in with your Matters email and password, then write an article, and the content will also appear on Matters.

There are 3 options available:

* Auto save draft to Matters - Drafted posts will be synced to your Matters' draft box.
* Auto publish post to Matters - A copy of the post will be automatically published to Matters when you publish a post on your WordPress site.
* Add post link in footer - The link to the original WordPress post will be added to the post on Matters.

By publishing on Matters, your articles will be stored on the distributed InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) nodes.

### Web Monetization

Web monetization is now enabled on the Web3Press plugin. It allows content creators to receive streaming money when [Coil](https://www.coil.com/) subscribers visit the website.

### LikeCoin Widget

* Show in Posts: After configuring Liker ID, it will default to displaying the NFT Widget / LikeCoin button underneath each article.
* Show in Pages: Display the NFT Widget / LikeCoin button in WordPress pages.

### ISCN Badge

After the article is published to ISCN, you can choose whether to display the ISCN badge. The options are "Not shown," "Light Mode," and "Dark Mode." Select your preference and click "Confirm."
