什麼是去中心出版 (#DePub)？

去中心出版，是指**把**[文章](/zh/depub/nft-portal.md)、照片、[書本](/zh/depub/book-press.md)、短片等內容出版到區塊鏈及分散式網絡，讓有價值的內容永誌流傳，達至內容授權、核查及溯源等目的。

去中心出版的特色包括：

* 無須審批
* 公開透明
* 低門檻

[LikeCoin](https://like.co/) 是去中心出版基建，協助作者把內容註冊到區塊鏈，寫下永久的憑據 - [ISCN ( International Standard Content Number )](/zh/depub/what-is-iscn.md)，配合如 [IPFS](https://ipfs.tech/) 或 [Arweave](https://www.arweave.org/) 等分散式檔案系統所提供的內容指紋，讓服務供應者可基於這公共的資料庫存取和分發內容。
