然而創作基金的獎勵會因為以下原來而導致不能發放：

* 自己為自己按讚並不能獲得任何獎勵
* 已被列入黑名單：不要嘗試註冊數個 Liker ID 並互相按讚，系統能認出這些濫用行為並把 ID 加入黑名單。
